I'm a what.cd member actually; I do have AB not sure if they have nujabes. Hmm I'll check them first since AB doesn't have any ratio penalties. Though is it okay to talk about this? From what I've gleened from this forum most of the general population don't take kindly to... these kinds of websites.

Well, it isn't just for gaming and booting up speeds. It accesses files quicker and such. Lasts longer than a HDD now too since the technology has had time to mature.

Yeah but gaming and boot speeds is what I'd use it for primarily. I don't really access files very frequently I just keep foobar up and refresh this page every now and then so a SSD would be kind of waste I feel right now. And I got my HDD like ~1 month ago it should last me a good 3-5 years :P.

So they have huh? Seems pretty nice to me! I still think 1:1 dollar to gig ratio was good enough for the floodgates to open on SSDs. Like I've said continuously, The modern hard drive is the major bottleneck in any system nowadays when it comes to the boot drive and the SSD is the remedy. I have seen pentium 4 2ghz with 512MB of ram come back to life on windows XP with an SSD. A computer similar to mine can sustain modern performance with an SSD(conroe dual core @ 2.6, 2GB ram) and pretty much my only issue becomes ram most of the time. And if I didn't have a **** mobo, I could OC higher and I'd not even give a damn about upgrading any time soon

You don't have to purchase the login you can get in for free with the interview o_O. And purchasing a login is forbidden anyways and would get you banned. I don't have any invites, I'm using a seedbox and I still have negative ratio that site is so hard to get ratio on. I also have to upload like 10 albums or something and I'm too lazy to go to my uni library.

It's invite only actually....unless they started some new buy policy(which they'd use to help maintain servers probably). I dunno, I would never buy an account to a place like that. Too bad I didn't have to

Actually I think on the site they say you've been had if you bought an account and will be banned or something.

AB Does actually. Well one CD anyhow.  Oh yeah What.cd, they are super exclusive and super strict. One of my buddy's has an invite for me, but I am honestly scared to join that tracker because of how strict they are on uploading stuff. And uploading is the only real way to get credit there it seems.

Yea I saw the invite status, there is an interview that I saw so that's nice I'm not 100% music savy but I can learn [I've heard wiki is the way to go lol] 

Anyways I can w8 for my Russians to get me stuff! Ru Tracker is again pretty solid, they almost always have everything [but not always sadly] Oh well I can always start working and OMG buy music, but alas some stuff is DANG hard to get ahold of [there's a Jermey Soule CD out there running $300 e.e]

Well if you have an AB invite I'm happy to obligie! And yea What.CD sounds pretty rough, still though I should have something they don't have as I do purchase some music...

Well I'm at like a 0.9 ratio but I pay ~20$ a month for a seedbox. If you download under 20 gb and seed 100% your required ratio is 0. They're really not that exclusive. You can get in through an interview which is pretty easy it just takes forever to get someone to interview you. Like ~3/4 hours waiting in que. Or it could be really fast depending on your luck I guess. The exclusive audio private tracker is waffles iirc. That's mostly because they have a lot of sitewide free leech randomly so everyone wants to be there.

I got my AB invite off TI and actually havent even snatched anything off AB yet. Probably because my seedbox is full seeding like 500+ things from what.cd to trickle in ratio. So I don't have any invites to AB sorry. I do have like 4 invites to scc though.
