GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY! MY MOTHER SAID THAT IF MY COMPUTER IS <$1000 (give or take a few dollar, probably) SHE WOULD PAY FOR 1/2 OF IT. THAT GIVES ME A SPARE $500 SO I'LL STILL HAVE $1000 (excluding the audio project)! /good-news-sort-of-kind-of-not-really-I-don't-know
She'll flip when she hears I'm spending another $500 on audio though and will say that she won't pay for it. I can hold off on a new desk and chair though.
Jelly...I wish I had that much money...You can now buy a HD700
This, I've waited years to save $1500.
Because I don't have any source of income (work, etc, other than getting from your parents) is what I meant...
Though I could always ask, but asking for huge sums of money will need a valid reason as in it will benefit for OTHER THAN ME
Dt 880s are in, I missed em friday so I had to w8 till today.
A few things about them, sound stage is nice, detail is great they DO NOT forgive to well lol, Mid bass is nice, sub is bleh... I need a warmer amp than my cMoy, they are NOT bass head cans [altough some Dub Step is better on them than on the Xb 700 ironically] And OMG my E11 needs to GET HERE ALREADY, but it'll be a week or so till it's here since B&H was closed like jerks... and lastly Funki Procini will sound godly on the Dt 880s [cuz he sounds like mega bass mud on the XBs]
Going to try em with the Fiio E6 for the extra warmth! cMoy isn't warm enough, althoug it is nice with the Xb's which r to warm e.e
Suprise the Fiio E6 can power them, the quality has gone dwn a bit along with detail :[ so back to cMoy, but they will sound very nice through FooBar tonight <3 where I can EQ them... and speaking of that detail... ok so the E6 can NOT drive the Dt 880... never not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES... wow the sub bass sounded choppy and like CRAP, plugged into the cMoy... BIG deep SEXY sub bass! So yea sorry Fiio 250 ohm is to much for u! Still I hope the E11 has the power to drive the Dt 880s e.e
Gentleman. as of this moment, I declare the Project-H controller program COMPLETE!
Allow me to very briefly outline the algorithm:
1st time Power-On sequence:
power on
0.5s delay
un-mute output
standby for input
Operating sequence:
mute output
0.1s delay
toggle I/O or Gain status
0.1s delay
un-mute output
standby for next input
Power-Off sequence:
mute output
store current I/O and Gain status in memory
0.1s delay
power off
standby for power on
Normal Power-On sequence:
power on
restore I/O and Gain status from memory
0.5s delay
un-mute output
standby for input
maybe so, also correction to mine earlier statment... the 880 does sub bass pretty well! Listening to a Pod Cast [N-Type youngsta] yea the Xb700s make it sexy wid all that sub, but the dt 880s still sound very nice! The extra detail is nice, mmm E11 hurry it up!

sounds nice!
Sigh... You'll get it when I send you the first prototype for evaluation....
@Borisu
AWESOME!!!
...is what I would say if I understood them.
Though I understand power off and normal power on.
Does this mean I have to push the I/O first then the off switch?
Why the first power on is very complicated?
@Mshenay
MY DREAM HEADPHONES BEFORE I HEARD ABOUT THE PARADOX!!!
