Huh. Just seems very strange and random to me. If it were me I would just not put it there at all, but it's not hurting anything so I don't mind if others want it there.

I saw a bunch of these on eBay the other day but it seems that they've since either been pulled or sold out.
For 49 episodes of a pretty decent anime, I'm halfway tempted, assuming this isn't a bootleg...
But the seller saying "Understandable English subtitle but might not par with perfect English as it was done locally."
Has me worried...
