Finished the design. Bowei, you'll probably think this is the Fractal Design Arc Midi itself. NO IT IS NOT, AND I DIDN'T COPY. I BORROWED FROM THINGS. And this isn't final. I just did it quickly. The amount of LED indicators will probably change depending on how many are needed. I didn't make anything on the back but there will be a few rocker switches on the back on the unit; one for power, one for gain, and one for each the DAC and amp so you can turn either one off and on. Anything else we can vote on, or something.
Excuse the taskbar tray in the second photo. The top darker panel will be mesh or be perforated like on Schiit units for ventilation. If none is needed, the top will be flat and not have the area pushed inward.
So rocker switch for power on the back? I thought before you were saying you wanted a button on the front. Would seem easier to use. Personally I think it would be a lot more convenient to be able to switch I/O options from the from as well, but that's because in my setup I switch between headphones and speakers very often. Admittedly the minimalism looks aesthetically pleasing though :)
What kind of LED indicators would it need I wonder?
Also, what are the dimensions of the case supposed to be anyway?
