Oh ******** on a burning cart to hell. There's a fee for card-linked PP gift transaction. There's none if you use PP-stored money, which, btw, isn't supported for Malaysian banks and Russian banks.
Here, have a GIF that I just learned to make. Yes it's ****ty. inb4 Tilpo gloats. Again.

That's what I said. Take the Cartesian product of the inverse of the two sets. That's exactly what you did, but you just didn't realize it.

I've had my own bank account and complete access to it since I was 12. Problem?

How does one put money in a CD? How much drugs is required to be able to do that?
