Yep, and aspartame is even worse. I also heard stories about how the fluoride in drinking water burned a hole through concrete when there was a spill at a water facility. O_O

xD
Of course it burns through concrete! That stuff is corrosive. But the concentration in drinking water is so so so low....
Gawd, I love me some chemtrails!

lol yeah, it's obviously not dangerous in such small doses.

Those are some cool aliens, but they were discovered years ago.

And yeah, fluoride is scary, but in the small amounts in the area, it's not too big of an issue....yet. In 20 years they'll probably tell the public that our lives are screwed over. XD

Aspartame is scary because of its widespread use in foods nowadays. It's been rigorously tested in scientific publishings, but the rise of aspartame in common foods and thus body intake is worrisome.

Eh, I've been able to run it more or less decently on a fu.cking netbook. A laptop (even old one) shouldn't "go crazy" on things like that (unless it's just that bad - dunno, maybe by design? - that it  gets loud on anything more than showing your desktop. My Compaq is like that, but it's about 15 years old at this point).

Alienware laptops are notorious for overheating. It only happens when I overload it with videos, games, etc. I'll probably get a desktop computer next.

Speaking of chlorine and fluoring and tap water, check out this BS from Seattle:
http://www.king5.com/news/cities/seattle/Showers-turned-back-on-at-Alki-but-fix-is-temporary-269300771.html

So at first they said the beach showers washed sun tan lotion into the salt water and can affect the fish in there. Well that's a stupid 2-year old argument because those same people swim in the waters. Oops, let's change the story.

Now that their scheme's basis is exposed, they have to cover it up by blaming the chlorine from the showers.

Ohoho, they brought out the big C word. Except that's a stupid argument too because these showers have been here for ages and only now do they worry about it, not to mention the minuscule amount of chlorine in the minuscule amount of shower water going into the sound compared to greywater from any consumer boat.

Good argument government people, good argument. Except not. -_-
