@Spada05: I've been playing that and yes it is quite some fun. I play around 7pm PST if you ever want. I am 6 hours behind you though :(

Anyway, anyone have any suggestions for some Summer '14 series to watch? So far I only found Aldnoah Zero and SAO II. Need more to look forward to each week!

She's my second favorite female vocalist, actually. Some of her music is slightly annoying bubblegum pop, but she also does pretty decent soft pop rock.

Huh...

Not my kind of music but you're right, not a bad voice at all. I remember watching iCarly when I was a kid. Always thought it was cool since it was set in Seattle.

At least 1/3 of the music on rewrite was composed by TAM. :P

LOL
Guess I'll start Rewrite soon.... I'm already playing 3 games at the same time, one more wouldn't hurt

DO EET!

It's a slow start though. Character routes don't really start until ~20 hours in.

You can't refer to them both by the same name when discussing anime, because they are two different series. The second one is much, much better (and more extreme too) than the other, according to the vast majority of fans who have seen both.

If you don't remember more than those few details, how would you remember how violent they were?

I would go into detail comparing the violence level of all these anime, complete with screenshots, but it probably wouldn't be allowed.

Well, I prefer the 2003 FMA, overall pacing was much better and the ending was actually more convincing to me.

Btw, I much prefer Silver Spoon to FMA. (same manga author)

While I can't get enough of e.g. the fighting scenes in Kara no Kyoukai, the ones in Dragonball Z are just an absolute chore to watch.

+1

I gotta stop editing my posts. I also said this: "It's my favorite anime series of all time for a reason."

Wait, have you even completed F/Z?

Anyway at least to me, action is hardly an important factor on its own...

Just noticed Sony's new headphone teaser, wow I am hyped :D

You mean he was already using trackball before this?

Wow, I'm using Google Chrome temporarily since Firefox sometimes doesn't play videos properly in full-screen and using Flash with Chrome makes my computer fan run at full speed really quickly...Firefox rarely does that.
And tabs seem to load really, really slowly without any add-ons; so much for Firefox being "bloated and slow." :/

Any of you alcohol junkies know much bout it?

Those tastes.... Yup, like alchohol. I'd recommend trying 三花酒 but a good bottle is really hard to come by, for something less harmful try 桂花酒, which only has about 17% of alcohol in it. But then again, since you're drinking Fenjiu, I'm guessing high alcohol content is no problem.

My soon-to-be-built PC will be housed in your dream case, assuming that's an R4 and not the rumored R5.

It's actually the MicroATX Define Mini. My build's quite conservative, and a mid tower is too big.
