But why has no other company stepped up to make LODs? I know LODs for iPods are fading out due to lightning, but two years ago even. There was no real easy way to get a cheap and decent quality LOD for Apple devices besides FiiO. Unless you lived in HK or another tech developed region of China, or even more unlikely, to have a very very techie and audio friend who could make one. You were basically left with only FiiO LODs as the only real choice of an international seller.

Just bewildered a bit really
Good question, and I was wondering the same thing. It's either the affordable FiiO cables, or the insanely expensive ALO Audio or Moon Audio ones.

Maybe no one wanted to make cables for a specific target audience or obtaining a quality 30-pin dock connector was somewhat expensive? Companies like Toxic Cables make cables for headphones or regular interconnect cables, but not the iPod LOD in particular.

Spada Spidah!

The Rosario + Vampire OPs are silly and fun while the EDs are more serious. This will give you a general feel of the series without spoiling much.

If the manga was ever adapted for television (which I would love to do if they let me! I've already came up with the perfect name and started composing my own soundtrack.), it would be my favorite anime series of all time.

Looks like they forgot to pay for their hosting?

Well her sister's names are Kokoa, Kahlua and Akua. Mocha, cocoa, kahlua and ... aqua? They all seem to be drink names. They also have a dog names Earl Grey, so... yeah. :p

I'm pretty happy to have decided to go through NGNL earlier. I've had a lot of free time today apparently, I'm on episode 9. The show is so drastically different from what I've been watching recently, I'm very much enjoying seeing where they take it.

That spider is hilarious! I'm not sure about Rosario + Vampire. I've looked in to it a couple times, but it never really interested me enough to watch.

Now I'm thinking about all the silly names in Dragon Ball with food and clothing references. XD

There are different types of what you are talking about. The one you are referring to is the Mifi lisence I believe. However FiiO's LOD doesn't require the authentification that authentic stuff uses.

And FiiO hasn't been granted a Mifi lisence yet. Who knows

That is good logic. But it seems that in every other market, it is usual to have competitors in an area. The LOD area is 'small' but not smaller than others I've seen that have large amounts of competitors.

That's why I posted all four OP/EDs, so you could speed through it in 5 minutes and get a better idea of what's in store.

My brother claims to hate anime, but still watched through Rosario + Vampire (and Black Butler...and Blood-C...and Rurouni Kenshin...and Soul Eater...and Wolf's Rain...and YuYu Hakusho) with me. I think we were both falling over laughing during some episodes.

Btw, since I'm a lazy person, I didn't quite follow the debate between dub/sub? Are we talking about why we like ea preference? As in we can accept that people have different preferences and leave it at that? (I really haven't been reading carefully).

All opinions are open to discussion. We were mainly explaining why we preferred one over the other, while (at least on my part) accepting opposing views.

I like English dubs when they're done well. I grew up with Toonami, so English dubs of Gundam Wing, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, etc. sound good to me. Likewise for Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's movies.

When the English dubs butcher the pronunciation of names, I get really tired of them. Su-zu-MEE-ah (English dub) instead of Su-ZU-mee-ah for example really bugged the heck out of me and I prefer subs in that case.

I still have one key left for Payday 2.

It's $5 if anyone wants it.
