What? You mental, bro?

That's not every day in the week right? That would be positively insane. I thought that a friend of mine who works 70 hours weeks studying was pretty much hitting physical human limits.

Nope, not every week. I handle regional communications for a major cable company. But when you have a team of less than 25 people to support every call center and customer east of the Mississippi then it's pretty busy. On top of that the fact that we've had a few people change careers and a handful on vacation, so it's pretty obvious that we're short handed right now. So I'm working doubles on days I work and coming in on off days to make sure we have enough staff. I'm currently scheduled 75 hours this week, and I may still need to take more hours. I'm one of the few people willing to work OT to make sure we're not leaving only 2 people in the office. We need a minimum of 3 people to be able to function without catastrophic failure and ideally we'd have 5 to 7 during the busiest times. My group is active 24/7; it's pretty easy to see that 24 people (when we're running at max capacity for the week, no vacations or call-offs) is pretty much the bare minimum.

tl;dr My job is understaffed currently so I'm working doubles.

SAO II Ep 1: booooooring.

Also, watching the ED, what idiot goes primary w/ a sword in a gun game?

Edit: then again you have people in BF4 and CoD running around trying to get kills only w/ a knife all game long.

Dang. Well the best of luck to you in that case.

Currently I have summer vacation, so no work for me. Just the way I like it (though I will probably want to start working again after a couple weeks -_-)

Oh my.
But it's nice to see that someone with a lot of responsibility is actually taking his tasks serious.
So no "I'm the the boss here, you peasants can do all the work"-cliche stuff (I sadly have experience with this).

Best of luck to you!

Now I'm even more excited for it :P

These people hardly ever get a decent K/D ratio.

SAO: II

That was intriguing and not boring at all. :D

But just one thing. Why keep calling the show SAO if it's an entirely different game? Though I guess GGO doesn't have the same ring as SAO.

Watched the first episode of Sailor Moon.
Ugh.....that's just not my thing.

Didn't know that this new "season" is a remake.
The music is alright and the transformation sequence is quiet something.

Now off to Gun Gale Online :P

Haha, I'm nowhere near the boss around here I'm one of the peasants. We're not super high up the corporate totem pole. And the responsibility isn't as much as I think you've inferred. But I'm getting this thread off topic from the reason we're all here. Back to our regularly scheduled programming. ;)

There is no such thing around here.

The purpose of this thread is to derail. (not that it ever had tracks in the first place)

I probably didn't like it since I already had it in my head that SAO went past the failing point. Still, tbh I didn't really find that scenario all that interesting.

Reading WataMote raw. It's pretty easy to read, actually.

Now let's hope I can get myself to read this (and/or) other manga regularly for the coming few months.

SAO II is tearing me apart. The expectations were too high I suppose. Your words were my thoughts.
