LOL, I don't even like the show that much either, but the first OP and ED are pretty catchy.
Eew no, I wouldn't bother with either of those...
My recommendation would be to scour your local forums (since international shipping will be a killer for turntables) and look for a vintage Technics turntable. I got this one from my cousin for free; it was made in 1980 and I highly doubt it's ever been serviced. It still runs like a dream, even though a few things on it are broken and it hasn't been serviced in some 35 years. I'm guessing a DJ used and abused this one for at least part of its life since it had a DJ level cartridge on it.
Otherwise, probably something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Technica-AT-LP60-Automatic-Driven-Turntable/dp/B002GYTPAE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395603570&sr=8-1&keywords=turntable
Lol, I like how it's the #1 seller in DJ turntables, yet if any DJs actually used it for scratching, they'd screw it up immediately because it's belt driven
K-On songs are a big reason why I paid attention to anime music in the first place. "No, thank you!" is still a favourite of mine, alongside Yoko's career. The 1st ED for SnK was pretty good.
I'll try to check out if there are any on sale here. Probably a few, but I really doubt they'll be cheap. Fingers crossed
Found a 2nd hand, looks good but you can never tell
Supposed "classic" style turntables
