Perfectly happy Chase bank customer here. I'm guessing most of those surveyed youths were talking about liking credit unions over big banks. All my friends that use credit unions have been really unsatisfied/had horrific experiences with them. As far as I'm concerned, banks will always be useful until Google and the other companies let us deposit money to the bank of Google, but I doubt that will happen. At the same time, until one of the big banks releases some nice form of online payment system, the techie stuff won't go away any time soon. Oh how I'd love to use NFC on my phone to pay with my debit card at a restaurant or whatever, but I doubt that'll happen any time soon.

Weird...

Looks like the TE-05 has already dropped about 1200 yen too!

Damn, nice! Go get some sleep now though! XD

Oh gosh, where to start?

VNs: Planetarian (short and sweet VN from KEY), Saya no Uta, Tomoyo After if you didn't mind Tomoyo (I didn't like her that much but still loved this VN), Ever 17, Steins;Gate (the VN or the anime, both are great), G-senjou no maou, Higurashi (has an anime as well), Umineko, and more I can't think of atm. If you need some links to any, PM me. ;)

Anime: The Haruhi Movie (if you haven't seen this, you HAVE to watch it NOW), Angel Beats!, Cowboy Bebop, Madoka Magica, Toradora, Code Geass, Ghost in the Shell, Kanon, Death Note, Anohana, Garden of sinners, again, so many more I could list off... I just went through and looked at what I rated highly on my MAL and weeded out what I thought you might not like.

Isn't it just you and rikkun that don't like the monogatari series? I thought everyone else around here liked it or adored it.

Not Yaoi Hentai! (Click to show)

Yep, just me and Rikkun....

Also notice how cheap the metal (if they even are) are on the drives AND be sure to note how bad of a printing job they did on the metal, it looks like schiit with semi-washed out colors.

Yeah I actually dropped PLS after 2 eps because I was following too many shows but half-heartedly kept watching and once I was able to drop Samurai Flamenco it found a spot lol.

The writing on the drives is schiity too!? *cancels order*. I'll let you know, for SSD I have 2 Patriots, 1 Kingston, and 1 Crucial. So far the Crucial was the cheaped in build, but it was an early 40GB drive.

lol

Why not buy one of the 750GB Sammy 840 SSD's? They are on sale for $375 in USA

Nope

I bought it from an authorized dealer. Staples

And it performs like in benchmarks. It was a legit drive with serial, etc. Just that, I want to rage at times.

I don't know why, but out of every place I have heard German, Rammstein makes it sound best.

I don't really listen to stuff with German vocals so I guess I have to go with too. Tills pronunciation is a a bit over the top though :P

One of the few bands with German vocals I love listening to:

No, you people will not like the song.
Even though the lyrics are in my mother language, I really don't have any idea what the song is about xD
Most complicated schiit I know.

It's not as fast as it could for reasons that are beyond me though :P

Is your mobo SATA 3?

Use Atto Bench and let us know what your benches are.

Is it in AHCI mode?

+1

Yup, even though this series really is pretty...unique most people here like/love it.

I thought about the 750, but RAID. I love playing with RAID arrays, plus I don't need bulk SSD storage, HDD are fine for that. I plan to have these make a 500GB RAID 0 array in my HTPC.

It's a pretty extreme example.

It's old. That's all I know. I don't understand a quarter of the stuff written on this product page.

Your Mobo supports up to SATA 3Gb/s which is SATA II

This does at max 300MB/s and will generally give in real life between 220-280MB/s on drives that go over it from what I have seen.

The Sammy 840 Evo 128GB and more get to around 400MB/s+ so you need, at the very least, a SATA III

SATA III (3.0) does 6Gb/s and that is the one you need

You could buy a PCI based adapter for $30 if you want to have SATA III

lol, that is what I said for my MBP as well when I found out

Oh right, sorry. For whatever reason I don't fear the imminent doom of the government, taking all of my money along with it...

What could you possibly need 500GB of RAID 0 SSDs in an HTPC for?

What?! I need it to make animu faster!!!111111one

I told you months ago that if I started to build a HTPC it would be overkill. I see building a PC as a hobby, and thus free of common sense and budget constraints.

I build PC's for full common sense, with sheer performance in mind always :)

I see it as a hobby too, but 500GB? Really? I don't even think I have that much flash memory in total on all my devices and flash drives combined!

So I watch airing anime in the order they hit the site I use, and was watching one just now...... I and a was so confused as to why Toaru Hikuushi e no Koiuta looked weird and seemed to have done a time-skip. Then literally 5 minutes in.....

....... I realize I'm watching Buddy Complex. -_-

It's like those times you drink a Coke and it tastes like crap, then you realize you ordered Dr. Pepper lol. I blame the Panda for this since he put PLS on my mind earlier today.
