Kinda sour-er-ing my love for FitEar now. At this rate, I might just not get a FitEar CIEM.

.....then don't?

You are Asian, try to pretend to be 'local'? lol.

Nah lol, Unity organized a worldwide tour for the ASG-2s, Vsonic GR07s and VC1000s and I was lucky enough to get in. I'll be listening to all three over the next two weeks or so before sending them on to the next chap

I think those are sketches from the movie, but I may be wrong... I could've sworn they were giving them away at some theaters that showed the madoka movies though.

:( Thinking of IEMs makes me sad...apparently its more or less confirmed that FitEar no longer wants to sell customs to overseas customers even if they fly over there to purchase...

Year long dream shattered.

Wait, seriously? What did they say?

Seems like a huge load of BS to not want to sell your product, for any reason...

But it's not a funny remark about business. XD

That's why I agree with him academically, but can't out of principle, in some way. History shows that 9 out 10 times plot driven anime was put aside as a non-starter for a lot of studios. I would want to say something on manga in that post too, but then it could double the length lol. Manga has the inherent advantage of self publishing. Of course to be able to feed yourself, you need something that sells. Maybe a mangaka can do a plot-driven series as a side project while going on with a more mainstream series. Not that I see that as feasable as much to be honest, considering the glimpse of how hard a work as a mangaka is.

But yes, my search has gone to manga for plot-driven, hell even sci-fi stories. And sure, western media still does that better there. Well at least book form such as novels and such; my point was not focused on western's equivalent of manga that is graphic novels and comics, although I'm sure there are that would fit my tastes.

But it is fairly safe to say that anime is bad for plot-driven shows, in as much as how we can say that Google is not the "Do no evil" corporate company that most believed to be >5 years ago. There's precedence to show how bad anime is for someone that focuses on looking for plot-driven shows, and academically, yes, I agree with ImperialX's maxim. Here's hoping though that there's enough talents left that have the heart to risk it all for expanding their own into something more than just mere show-that-imbues-warm-feels.

There must be a point where even SoL diehard would get tired of the same rehashed thing surely, just as much as how I am frustrated that there's not enough of what I like.

I haven't devoted myself to manga for plot yet, but I do recognize manga as having a better potential for better plot-driven series.

I wouldn't say that anime is bad for plot-driven shows, but in that the current climate of the anime industry is built in such a way that it is VERY hard to have good logical plot AND with good execution. Code Geass and Fate Zero being excellent examples of this being done right and Guilty Crown and Valvrave of it being absolute failures.

Why do you agree with ImperialX's maxim? I personally would agree with a maxim of your own based off his than his own. Because remember, the problem with Imperials is that he wills it to be an absolute. Unless, that is of course, what it is that you believe in.

The 'most' heart the anime industry has shown in creating something with very good execution and in being MUCH better than the manga in the last year was SnK, and even that wasn't brilliant.

I said academically, because it can be proven from the shows that came out since. I don't personally, because, uneloquantly, I think it's stupid. :P

Dang it, these GR07 Bass Editions are really nice. Why can't they isolate more though?

Does the Walkman F series have expandable memory?
