Q701 Genre/Source?

As of right now, I am sort of set on getting a Q701.

From what I read, these seem like the perfect set of headphones for me, because I like a punctual bass that doesn't drown anything out, and I LOOOVE clarity.

 

The genre of music I usually listen to is violin stuff, jason mraz, paramore, some japanese songs, flyleaf, 30 seconds to mars, regina spektor.

Things like that.  I was wondering if these are good headphones for the type of music I will be listening to.  
I will also be playing counter-strike with these as well.

A few things I was wondering about:

Will the E9/E7 combo will drive these sufficiently?

Is the E7 a amp AND a dac? 

If I connect the E7 to my computer, does that mean all the audio signals coming from me computer will be through the E7?  So its like a soundcard?
