I will have to see how it sounds and what variations the venting makes and such. I have no idea how I could make a production version. Hand carving would be too time consuming and have too much variation I think. Having it custom machined from wood would likely be too expensive for it to be worthwhile. Having a cast made or making one myself then using something like acrylic resin could be interesting but I don't know how practical it would be.

 

I can just hand carve the prototype from Mahogany or whatever unless I think of an easier way.
