Beats Studio not working in right ear

It stopped working out of nowhere, all I hear is this "fzzzz" sound. I thought maybe the batteries were dead so I inserted fresh and it worked for about 5 minutes and then stopped working again. I've contacted monster, but they haven't contacted me back. Is there anything at all I can do to fix this problem?

Sounds like the cable is broken to me. Or maybe the ANC circuit.

The light doesn't even turn on anymore. Once I inserted the fresh batteries, they were red for a bit but quickly turned orange and then just shut off! So it might not be the cable, it might be that ANC circuit you're talking about.

This. I think he's learned his lesson (hopefully) about the build construction of Beats. Hopefully.

I'm confused though. These headphones take batteries? Either way, if they are under warranty just have Monster replace them. I imagine it will not be too difficult to deal with them.

Cant bash someone who ALREADY has Beats, has come here genuinely for help, and isnt yelling about them being the "end all sex best ever"...

 

I mean, if you do bash on him even in this situation, you're a dick.
