Help me pick an amp for dt880's

Alright so I'm pretty sure that I'll be getting the beyerdynamic dt880's 600 ohm. all I need to know is the equipment I need to go with it and I'd like to keep it cheap.

 

Someone reccomended I get this - http://www.amazon.com/FiiO-Desktop-Headphone-Amplifier-Dock/dp/B004M172FY

for them, and I wanted second opinions on if that was all I need. (I'm an audio newb I don't really know what I need). I don't have any sound card besides integrated, will i need a sound card if I get that amp? if that amp isn't enough which should I get?

It'll do. An iPod will do. Neither will make the headphones sound great. But you'll get a certain mount of good sound from them.
