Rocoo v Studio-V

Thread Starter

I'm in the market for an affordable DAP with audiophile SQ.   The Hisoundaudio Rocoo-P caught my eye and the few reviews I've read seem positive.  The Studio-V always seemed like an interesting product but was way too expensive to take a risk on considering the fairly basic UI and some hot & cold reviews.  The recent pre-christmas offers from Hisoundaudio bring this in under $200, still twice the price of the Rocoo-P but low enough to make the gamble more worthwhile.  Has anyone on here heard both devices?  If so how the compare with respect to SQ and comparative value for money.
