Rhinelander amp plus Denon D7000?

certainly improved the D2000 when I tried them together, and I am informed by the hi fi shop that the D7000s

are similarly improved by the Rhinelander.  I'm intending to buy both (ie the Rhinelander and the D7000s) in the next few days.

 

However, I've been unable to find any information about the electronic compatibility of the two items.  The D7000s are only 25 ohm impedence, and the Rhinelander specs don't say what headphones impedence range that the Rhinelander can cope with.  No doubt other factors need to be taken into account (I'm a novice at such things).

 

I am fairly confident about the practical improvement that the Rhinelander will make to the D7000s, but can anyone shed any light on whether the 2 items are theoretically compatible?

It states right in that pdf that the output impedance is 5 ohms, meaning that this amp should nominally be electrically compatible with the 7000's.  This is fairly low, but there are a number of amps readily available with less than 1 ohm output impedance which is theoretically even better.  Whether this matters at all in practice is up for debate.  ;)

Thanks Zhenya - after posting I found something in a thread somewhere about ideally having a headphone input with an impedence of at least 10 times the output of the amp, so your comments tie in nicely with that.
