xonar u3 or fiio e7 for girlfriend?

Gonna be upgrading the audio on my girlfriends laptop and want to do it as cheaply as possible

 

I've read good things about the u3 & currently have the e7(love it). 

 

Is the u3 enough for her or should i get her the fiio? 

 

She's gonna be listening through the panasonic rp-htf600-s headphones. 

 

Thoughts?

I will go forthe Xonar u3 because of price and secondly it has $10 rebate till end of this month.
