Newbie: Best headphones (over ear) for Binaural Beats

Can someone please recommend a decent pair of headphones that respond well to Binaural Entrainment? My budget is 100-150 CAD used is fine too.

Would you be using them just for binaural beats or for other purposes as well?

Just looking around with no response yet, Futureshop has the Yamaha RH10MS and Shure SRH440. I'd personally recommend the Shure because there's unresolved controversy surrounding the SQ of the Yamaha, but if you can I'd try out both of them in-store. You won't be able to figure out how they sound because they're not burnt in, but you can get some idea of comfort. The Shure is only $116 compared to $170 for the Yamaha.

I agree the Shure srh440 would be a great choice! also the Ultrasone hfi-580, or Beyerdynamic dt770!
