Looks like I'm looking for something less obtrusive in bass and treble than the DT990s. The KSC35 has a nice balance of what I like in a headphone. I would say the Denon D7000 from memory sounds like a super KSC35 with a power level of over 9000, but perhaps something open? I dunno.
