Yes. Fischer Audio originally produced the FA-003, which was then re-made as the Brainwavz HM5 and LINDY Premium Hi-Fi

I have an associate who is always the first with new cans, and I've thoroughly auditioned the FA-003 through him before purchasing my own. I have spent less time with his HM5 and have yet to run it through my usual test tracks, so I cannot tell you with absolute certainty that they use the same drivers. However, they did sound the same when I tested them separately, and I believe they are the same cans.

I wouldn't use the word "re-made". It's more like FA-003, HM5 and Lindy's share the same housing (perhaps the same drivers until confirmed). FA-003 and Lindy's sounded the same at least to one person.

theyre exactly the same except the design on the cups is different, aesthetic design, as in they look different, but theyre the same headphone on the inside
