Or you could tell the person that got them for you that you don't like them or something and maybe they will give you the receipt so you can go get something that you want.

Honesty pays, but it doesn't seem to pay enough to suit some people.

Take a pen and sign the headband as if you were Dr. Dre

 

Go to any high school where affluent families send their kids  and sell them for twice the price you bought them at.

I  am returning them to amazon for amazon credit. Then with the $200, im gonna hopefully get the hm5s, E6 amp, and LOD cable all for less than the full price of the beats.

@con100 You looking to buy some? I got a pair of the Apple exclusive gold and black ones for Christmas unopened that I dont want.

 

Looks like the quality has been beefed up and the plastic hinge that breaks on older models is now metal.
