Reason for massive price raise for HD650 in UK?

I can't remember if I'm just imagining that about 2 or 3 years ago the HD650 was available new for about £210. Now it's regularly going for £300 or as much as £330?

I was looking at the HD600 which was closer to the £220 range about two months ago, but now it's up there just £5 under the HD650.

People are willing to pay I guess, odd just how much the prices fluctuate though.
