What headphones are you currently rocking? - Page 18

Been giving the ZX700's a lot of head time lately. Their isolation is nice for when it's hot and I have to have the fan on.

I've never really had a problem with headphones getting too hot. Even the XB700's, which most people describe as being like a sauna in the summer, never bothered me.

You must be one cool individual wink_face.gif. I took my M50 on a trip to Hamburg last year (they were my go-to portable at the time because my W3 had recently been broken by a friend and I didn't like bringing my TOTL gear outside), and even in the rather mild Summer weather there I tended to carry a napkin to wipe sweat off the earpads ever half an hour or so walking around the city.

Another all nighter to study. Another all night with the HD800.

JVC DX1000. They're wonderful, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G bass. It makes me want to sell the D7000.

HD800 and Dire Straits all the way... and it seems to fit indeed, if you're too obsessed with buying headphones, you might experience dire straits in all other aspects of your life.

But they also sing: "money for nothing and chicks for free" ... that's the only real way to go, I think... biggrin.gif

I wonder how it must be for you native English speakers when you listen to music with English texts.

I usually can't stand it, when someone sings in German or Dutch...

...maybe except for Die Ärzte, Die Toten Hosen, Rammstein, German operas and German Lieder (Schumann/Schubert/Beethoven/Brahms/etc.) and some few fairly unknown others.

Sennheiser HD 280 Pro running the gauntlet musical almost constantly since picking them up at Best Buy two weeks or so ago. Isolation is the best i have ever seen with a very balanced yet complete sound on all the instruments.

Hell yes! I'm ending off with BT (courtesy of Morbid) and it'll be just under the 22 hour mark. biggrin.gif
