Give some good heaphones tips in the 300$-400$ range

I got Sennheiser 598 HD but I'm disappointed by their bass. Also, they got MASSIVE sound leakage. My girlfriend can hear them from the other room, WITH a CLOSED DOOR between us ::- D.

They're extraordinarily comfortable though, and I'm very picky at this.

So, I'm looking for something with more bass and nice, big, soft cushions.

Heya,

Denon D5000

Beyer DT770

Fischer Audio FA-002W (or FA-003)

Ultrasone PRO 750

Very best,

Wow, the Denon D5000 are terribly expensive here. The Beyer & Ultrasone were recommended by some other guys as well.

BTW, what's that thing with headphones needing 30 to 200 hours to "burn in". I don't get why...

I don't doubt that there are some minor sonic details that change in a headphone as the driver loosens, but I think most long term burn-in comments relate more to how your ears perceive the headphone after spending time with it.  I really am not a believer that burn-in will turn a terrible sounding headphone into a good one, but I will believe that you can see minor improvements over time.
