I don't think so. When I eventually get a PM to send, the unsuccessful ones don't show up in the threaded conversation. Nobody has complained or asked why I sent them the same question or answer 5 times....

I had a couple of failed PMs today (as above). Was able to backtrack and send them the 2nd time.

I have been having problems loading the text editor lately, for example it took three page reloads to do it in this thread in order to make this post. Perhaps these two issues are related.
