Hey guys, question here about the Sony CMT-BX5BT here:

I recently received a pair of Grado SR325is that I have been driving with the JDLabs Cmoybb. I ended up accidently breaking the cmoy and am in need of a new amp. I plan on saving for the Little Dot I+ but need something for now. One of my friends is coming up for winter vacation and has the BX5BT. He has been kind enough to offer it to me since he no longer uses it. I was just wondering if the amp in that powered the headphone output also. I will most likely by running a UCA202 USB DAC out my computer into the audio in of the BX5BT. I looked up the manual online and it had said "PHONES (stereo mini jack): accepts headphones of 8 ohms or more."

 

I just wanted to find out if the Sony system would do anything before I tell my friend to lug it up here. Any help is appreciated!
