AKG K271mkII Apreciated or not??

I have them for about two weeks!

I heard them in a studio where I was for a recording and I liked their sound so I bought them! I use them for music playback on the go (with a cMoyBB)  though cause I don't want my 701's carried around!

I tend to use them more than the 701's for the time I have them (OK they are a new toy...)

I would like a 271'd  701 k701smile.gif !!!! I also would like to hear your opinions about them...

You're right ~ they don't get enough love on here and tend to be overshadowed by other cans, some

not as nice really but that's popularity for you!

Is there a reason for that -that has to do with the phones I mean- or is this happening just because....

 You see them more in recordings studios than on the street or on headphone forums..
