Do they charge you for fixing it up?

Yes thanks for the advice. I asked Sunny to provide another set of images so I can double check. Also, have you posted a photo of yours with the defect on the forums? I wanted to compare it to see how bad it is to mine. It's ok if you don't want to share.

No they should not. If they messed up on it it is there responsibility to own up to it. Now in regards to return shipping charges that is on the customer.

Thanks for the heads up. Just wanted to say that the wood I picked was exactly how I wanted it to be so I'm very happy with the wood. :) Thanks Heir Audio.

I just received a mail from M. Ryan saying that for Ciem's they don't deal with europe... on FB page, in the paragraph speaking about Ciem's, they don't do differences...

"for Ciem's, we will offer "ear mold impressions inspection service" meaning that customers can send their ear mold impressions to our UK facility, and photo should be taken and sent to the labs........we will cover the costs to ship the ear mold impressions from the UK to the labs."

Nothing saying that it's only for UK.

Except you are paying "mommies" bills lol. I'm sure he's probably voicing his opinion in respects for you. But most likely its probably quite the contrary to you. I feel the same way in regards to my purchases and don't like discussing it with others. I feel like why should I justify my purchases to others? They can just kiss my ass if they don't like it ;). I'm not on trial here :P.

Woohoo, I also got my confirmation this morning.  I ordered Ziricote with gun metal blue.

I also decided to get one of the new JDS Labs C5 amps to pair with it under the normal Head-Fi justification that I can always sell it if I don't find the pairing optimal.

Now, I have to decide what to listen to first when these bad boys arrive.  Anyway, I am very glad that spring break is next week and I failed to make any big plans.

Quite obvious: the left tip is blue and the right one looks more red.

Dear Sir,

I actually did not post the picture on the thread. I think the flaw could be a camera effect or glare from light. I've contacted sunny to see if sunny can take another photo to confirm.

The wood looks fantastic otherwise! I am very happy with how the wood turned out.
