Yeah, I've got some mild discomfort, but I think that's more my fault than the customs. I cleaned out my ears yesterday and today (spraying warm water in them as was recommended by the doctor, not anything potentially bad like q-tips) in preparation of these arriving and after doing so today my ears were a bit sore. Fortunately, even with my ears being a bit sore I had no problem wearing them for a couple hours, so overall I'm quite pleased so far.
I'm actually surprised how easy it seems to insert mine. It takes me a couple tries to get them in the right starting position, but after that they smoothly twist right in. I was actually expecting there to be more difficulty/resistance, but I guess a decent seal doesn't require them to feel really tight and hard to insert.
