     The general rule is, if it isn't custom product it is stocked in the USA.

    Thus, Ai, Tzar's, Magnus 1, Rendition 1, etc are already in the USA, no taxes, and lower shipping fees.

I haven't heard it yet but, I have pre-ordered the Centrance HiFi M8 DAC/amp combo and a silver 4 pin XLR terminated cable (no common ground - notice I didn't say the B word) to use with the 8a.  I'll have to let y'all know.

Note: R1 is not in stock at the US location. Several people have pre-ordered the R1 in the US, I don't want them emailing me wondering why we have stock sitting around and they don't have their product!

        Excuse me for adding to the confussion, in the near future, the R1 will be stocked in the USA

I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the 3.ai's that a bought a few months ago. Although they are the entry level of the Heir range they are by no means to be disregarded or ignored. The construction is perfect and the fit is very pleasant. I use them with the Magnus 1 cable and that combination feels very solid in the sound department.

Heir truly stands for - solid build, Solid sound, great design and obvious  great  customer service. I almost feel sorry for the competition. 

Having owned the 3.ai's I had to try the 8 as well so I am now awaiting The mighty 8 and I can not wait to get them in my possesion. In the past I was jumping from one company to the other and was always comparing notes and reviews. I feel that the 8 might be just the ticked to put my seach to rest for ones and for all.

How long does the US office to Chinese office delivery take?  I think I am getting close to the three week mark.

My impressions took slightly over a month to get from Heir USA to Chengdu. Some other users here posted that theirs got there in less than two weeks. So, it may have something to do with Chinese Customs, or Heir may wait until they have several impressions before they send a bulk package. I regret sending to the USA. I should have express shipped directly to Chengdu. I only got notice that the impressions were acceptable after it arrived in Chengdu anyway.

Their turn around time is from 3 to 5 weeks. Since they are extremely busy it seems with all the recent sales it may very well go past the 5 week deadline they mention....

There is an announcement to make, and I want to get this out into the open and clear the air.

The price for rush order service has gone up. If a customer has an order waiting to be built, and wants to change their order to rush order, the new price will be applied.

       It is a "catch 22" situation.  Lets say if you sent them directly to China, shipping fees would be higher. If the impressions were found not to be acceptable for the building CIEMs, then you would be out for shipping fees, and loss of time.

In fact, we just recently recieved the worst impressions I have ever seen by a USA customer that decided to skip over the USA office, which is fine, that is his right to do so. But the ultimately the customer lost $ due to unecessary shipping fees.
