Nop,e I also went for custom art. I just got the moulds done and of they go:)

 

Re: your design it looks amazing but not sure how it will hold up on a relative small CEIM. Still looks sweet.

 

I am sure Heir will give you feedback if it can not be done.

In your honest opinion do you think your people can maybe get something close to the picture above? I've already submitted the artwork and if you have any ideas of how to maybe get something close to what I have posted above I'd be more then happy to discuss it in PM.

PS it looks O for Awesome/... You can always put it on a sticker and stick it on your DAP or carry case

Firstly, i would like to apologise to everyone in heir audio, seems that there is a confusion for me.
My 4A is done on the 5th week, and 8A is done now.
Initially, i thought the 4A was not completed till now. But i was wrong, now both the 4A and 8A is done.

My sincere apology to heir audio and wizard.

And thumbs up for the wonderful service provided.

Cheers to you my good man, for sharing this in the same way you shared your (previously) negative experience. Far too many will rant and whine (I don't think you did either, you just shared your experience) on forums, then just stay quiet when the company makes things right.

 

Off course, this means that I am yet to see the first dissatisfied Heir customer... Quite a feat, actually.

Yup. I think it is fair for me to apologise since i am also in the wrong for not getting the right information before posting.

On the other hand, i just have to compliment heir for the fast service, 8a is build in 2 weeks just to let me ship with my 4a. Really fast and efficient service. And once again sorry for any misinformation i provided

That gives me hopes for my 8.A to arrive this year.. Maybe even before Christmas?  

I've ordered about a week ago, impressions are on the way. Would be a nice present.:)
