The live album is unbelievable and so well recorded.  You get a great sense of the halls.  I can't stop listening to it.  His live arrangements are different than the studio cuts so not to be avoided even if you have the original albums.  "Trouble" is absolutely spectacular on the live version.

I know !! Such great stuff. I just picked up “perfect darkness" ...3rd album I've bought. I love discovering new music, but Fink especially is extraordinary. Lots of good things to check out pops up on these forums - thanks to all

Thanks! I was thinking it was that one, but pictures of the Buckeye Burl faceplates are always so different! Sometimes they're clear, sometimes darker, but I've never seen one as dark as that one...

The buckeye varies from really light tan to almost black..I like the darker our mixed-up ones I've seen. awesome. The .Ai's are the brown color amboyna (spelling?)

That was Amboyna Burl. Now just referred to as Burl on the Heir website.

The 3.Ai+/4.Ai+ can be selected with Buckeye Burl faceplates.

It's a wood of great variance. Makes it a great choice IMO for faceplates for that reason.
