HM101 with 02 Amp

Hi,

I currently have a Fiio E10 but it has a channel imbalance and they are making me pay return shipping.  I do not like MP4nation anymore.  It came like that and I got it brand new and they still won't pay return shipping.  Anyways, I have been reading at how the 02 amp can perform with amps ranging in the $1000's so I wanted to try it out.  Would the HM-101 DAC hook right up to that amp and would this make for a nice home setup to drive my wooden T50RP's?  I think the HM-101 are rated at like 150 ohms max, but this doesn't matter if I hook it up to an external amp right?  The T50RP aren't rated that high, but I got a set of the DT 990 250 Ohm's that I need to drive as well.  Please help and if anyone wants this E10 amp that has a channel imbalance that goes a little to the left ear when bass boost is on, I will sell it for $65 shipped.  It's basically new yet.  Please help me out here!

The HM-101 is a nice step-up from most build-in laptop sound cards but at $39 don't expect miracles and don't have a wireless phone or Edge cell phone near as the HM-101 really easily picks up RF interference. The O2 I have no opinion on

Yeah I've been reading on the HM-101 and it's basically just a small upgrade to what your sound is.  I think I am sticking with the E10.
