My computer produces these weird noises and they're the same whether I use my UM3x, earbuds, or speakers. I can plug my stuff in the motherboard sound or my creative 24-bit sound card, the problem still persists. The amount of noise correlates to whatever I'm doing on my PC: like if I use a scrollwheel to go down a webpage, I hear a noise. Every time.
