I've got a set of Sennheiser PC 350's and the ear pads are getting a bit frayed. I know you can call up Sennheiser and order new ones, I just don't know how to remove the current earpads and am afraid of tearing them. Any advice would be awesome, thanks.

Best closed headphones I had heard - very flat response, almost no midrange distortion, very easy to drive (good for portable), good soundstage (definately better than K240), good isolation, but...

I'll keep this very short. They are very smooth sounding. Treble toned down so not so good for rock but have a magic about them that makes them better than mark 2. I use them with a '89/'90...

You curl all 4 fingers inside the pad and pull away from the cup and they un-snap.

No problem,
If you don't like the pleather, you might want to look into whether the sennheiser velour pads will fit the PC350s. Maybe email sennheiser or something.
I think I've read somewhere the HD 555 ear pads fit the PC 350, which are velour.
