For sale is my Yaqin CD-1 Tube Buffer. This is the version sold in the U.S. by Pacific Valve & Electric (http://www.pacificvalve.us/YaqinTB.html) which uses one dual triode tube. It comes stock with a Chinese 6N1 tube and is fully compatible with any modern production or old stock 6DJ8/6922 tube. (6DJ8/6922 tubes for rolling are much easier to find than the pair of unusual 6J1 tubes used in the Yaqin CD-2 buffer, and less expensive than the pair of 6SN7 tubes used in the Yaqin CD-3 buffer.)
Insert this tube buffer between a source component (e.g. CD or digital player) and your preamp, or insert it between your preamp and power amp, to add nice tube warmth and spaciousness to any solid state rig. For this price, you can't find anything that will improve your sound more. I have purchased a tube amp, so I don't need the buffer any longer.
Unit is in excellent condition, barely used. It still has the protective plastic film on the front panel.
