Haha, I used to play Guitar Hero and Rock Band few years but it started to get boring after playing and playing.

My best year was 2010 when I was officially 8th in Finland. :)

I thought you were talking about the type of game that is played on the forum "Music Game XVII" or so. In the answer to your question, ive played Guitar Hero in the past but got bored of it. In answer to the question i thought you were asking, i haven't personally(save for the forum) but i walked into my lunch group and they were playing a form of music game that required every next person(going clockwise in the circle) to name a band(or artist) that started with the next letter of the alphabet. So if i were playing i would start with Adele, then Burning the Masses, then Cannibal Corpse, then Deadmau5 and so on.

Guys and gals,

Rocksmith is an AWESOME music game to play on the ps3. If you're anything like me, which means you like to play the guitar and you've probably been playing for years but have never gotten beyond learning cool riffs here and there and maybe some simple chord progressions, then man are you going to love it. As mentioned earlier, it does toe the line a bit between being a formal guitar instructor/guitar game but if you enjoy playing and learning great songs then you'll have blast. There really is a great sense of satisfaction that comes from getting more and more proficient with the songs, the graphics are on point, and the game recommends using an anolog audio device for best experience; it's serious. So you could get your music gaming on while listening to super quality sound coming out of your headphones, stereo or home theater system. Pretty sweet if you ask me. Do yourself a favor and check out the game. Makes guitar hero look like child's play ;-)
