Upon initial listening with these buds, I was rather unimpressed as I heard the rather familiar bloated mid-bass, sharp highs, and lack of mids that SKDY's old line carried. Then I realized that...
The VSD1 is the latest in a rather long line of budget in ear monitors including the VC02, GR99, GR02 and others that promises high quality sound for around $50 or so. While I haven’t had...
I tried a few Grado's —didn't like the Grado house sound—, a few Senn's —HD650 left a good impression—, a few lower-end AT's —I thought the AD700 were impressive for the price— and after reading...
In my recent quest for a new set of cans, I took a slight detour into the land of flashy prosumer headphones, in the form of the HK CL. The only reason I tried a pair was the price: half off,...
The Creative Aurvana Live! solved a major problem for me—how to listen to good audio while walking the dog at night. I live near a commercial and bar district in Center City, Philadelphia and I'm...
Me and the seller finally came to a resolution on terms that we both agree.
Thanks everyone who spent time understanding the situation. Everyone must be curious about the terms but it will be kept private.
Honestly, that is how it should have been from the start... If you had a problem you should have contacted both the seller and a moderator, and kept it behind closed doors.
So with that argument all is well if you bought an item and then it gets lost in the mail and the seller does nothing?
That isn't the seller's fault, it is the fault of the courier service, which is why THEY suggest you get insurance. And shipping insurance is supposed to be a part of shipping charges, which is traditionally paid for by the buyer, because he is protecting the item which is now his.
Agreed. There is something wrong in Denmark, and Denmark is obviously located in head-fi classified.
The seller asked $540 for the amp and was paid in full. He has no further claim on the transaction.
The buyer was reinbursed by the insurancer, the USPS, for the full purchase price of the amp. If the insurer, the USPS wants the amp, they're entitled to it.
Since the USPS has made no claim to the amp, the amp belongs to the buyer to do with as he sees fit, to repair or discard.
