Looking for an amp under $50...

I've seen the Fiio E6 and doesn't seems bad for my kind of use, but it will improve SQ in my gear?
Actually, I have a Sandisk Sansa clip+ (SDMX18R) and a pair of Vsonic GR06. I have read that due to the low impedance of these earphones (24 ohm) many portable amps (including E6) doesn't will make any difference, apart from the volume level.
If that is true, what do you will suggest?
Sorry for my wallet, I have to spend more? :D
Thanks in advance...

Bump. :D
I have also seen the FIIO E11, but this will not work because of the lack of line-out by the Sansa Clip, is that correct?
So, what would you suggest? Should I get another source (like the Sansa Fuze) and the FIIO E11, or simply the FIIO E6 for my Sansa Clip?
I am only interested to improve quality, the FIIO E6 will be a good match for my ring?
TIA.

How about the Cmoy or the PA2V2. I tried a Fiio e5 with my portable rig and got a massive drop in quality.

Sansa Clip+ output is decent and won't get any better (aside from volume) with an E6, as you mentioned.  You want better IEMs or headphones before you even think about trying to improve upon any other component, if you're looking to spend money to improve sound quality.
