Please help me choose a good pair of headphones, around 100

Needs good lows, bass, and highs, don't mind much about mids other than clarity. I was thinking the Audio Technica ATH M50, going to do some home recording with a bass guitar. I want to replace my Sony MDR V6.

So you want a headphone that is good for reference quality recording and production, or a headphone for pleasure playback listening?

Well, sorry for the slight change but I need something with good mids and lows, treble should be fine, I just switched to acoustic guitar, and am in need of a bass and mids, should I just stick with my MDR V6's, they seem to do well in highs and lows, lower mids slightly annoy me. However any suggestions made, sound quality and clarity is a must, I don't mind spend more for quality.

Try Gd audiobase. They are on ebay as well.
