B&W P5's or Denon AH-D2000's?

So I have a small bit of a dilemma about which one of these headphones to buy. I have heard mostly positive words about both of these headphones, but I still don't know which one to buy. Apparently the B&Ws do have ice-pick-in-the-ear treble at times. I mainly listen to electronic and hip-hop, but I do have a bit of everything. So does anyone know from experience which one give a crisper sound? The Denons are also pushing my budget to its very limit at 339$, I think that's roughly 250€ but I know they can bump that right back to 300. Of course any other recommendations for under 300 are appreciated also.

I don't know what your situation is like because you didn't elaborate, but I was looking at the P5's for quite awhile. I finally came to my senses (at least for me) and realized that if I was going to drop $300 on a set of cans, it was going to be an open set. I took the cash and bought the Shure 840s ($129) and the Audinst DAC ($179) for my laptop. I love my Shures because they sound great with my mp3 player and even better with the DAC/laptop setup.

The P5s are nice and I love B&W, but I don't think they're worth $300....that's just my .02 cents.
