Help me choose between the shure SRH 440 and Shure SHR 240 and the beats solo hd

Hey all :) really need some help i'm a newbie when it comes to things like this i want some good overear headphones that i can use for my iphone 4s. I am on a budget and can afford the shure 440 and 240 but if i buy from littlewoods i can get the beats solo hd.

I need them to fit my iphone 4s with a protective case and sound good i don't want to much base.

the 440 has far better sound quality than the other two.

Yes, in fact the 440 can be used with any portable source with excellent results.  It's a stellar performer in this price, I think you'll enjoy what this headphone offers.
