Hi all -

Does any one know how to modify a UD-10.1 DAC to increase the output voltage closer to nominal line levels?

I have measured the Vrms at .205 with a 440Hz signal at -10db.

I want the output closer to  .316 Vrms with the same signal.

I see a jumper J4 on board and many empty traces for the full UD-10 product.

The description says: "The Trends UD-10.1 USB audio converter plugs into your PC or Mac's USB port and lets you connect your computer to your Hi-Fi or Home Cinema system easily, and with high sound quality. "

Unfortunately there is no way that I know of to change the 3.5mm jack to line level voltages.

Please help with this.

Thanks,
