How do I hook up headphones to Xbox 360?

I'm trying to hook my headphones (AD700s) to my Xbox 360 but as their is no headphone jack on my TV I guess I have no idea how to hook them up. I use component cables for the 360 instead of an HDMI chord.

 

Please keep any product recommendations under $100, thanks!

You need 1 of these http://www.amazon.com/Cable-Builders-Adapter-November-Shipping/dp/B003NCOKWG/ref=sr_1_29?ie=UTF8&qid=1323206784&sr=8-29 , and then an amp something like the fiio e9?.

Couldn't I just connect the RCA cables to the E9?

No the E9 only has a 3.5mm in.
