problem with Zero DAC

hi guys just thouth i would see if anyone has some advise for me. I have had a zero dac for about 18 months now wich has worked perfectly so far, but it has now started to drop the signal from the digital input, to clarify things i will be listening to some music from my computer when it loses the sound, this is for both optical and coaxial cables, once it drops the sound no mater if i switch to another input there is still no sound if i jiggle the coaxial cable it will some times fix it other times i have to wait for it to fix itself which can be recognized by a faint click as it finds the signal again i cannot restore sound by jiggling the optical cable, this problem is not limited to my computer but to anything that is connected to the dac. Thinking i might have to just use my asus xonar essence stx until i can get new dac.Any advise is welcome thanks
