Hi, im new to the audio scene so i only have a asus xonar dg and creative fatal1ty headset but anyways im thinking of putting a system together for my pc so heres my question. Ive been looking at the M-Audio av40's and was wondering if i would need to pair them with a dac? like the hrt music streamer II or would they work just as good off my sound card? i mean is the sound quality going to be that mucher different? this would be a "budget" set up i cant afford over priced stuff and im gonna buy things 1 piece at a time.
