Getting new customs. Have ue-11 pro and ue-5c.

I currently own ue-11 pro and ue-5c customs and have owned westone es2 and es5 in the past. What I want has changed over the years. I feel that my ue-11 pro have a bit too much bass most of the time and feel my ue-5c don't have enough most of the time. I am looking for something in the middle. I want great bass but I dont want it to overpower everything else. When I had the es5 I felt they did not have enough bass and did not keep them, but as I said my taste has changed from that time. So I would love someone that owns the jh16's and the es5 to pm me. I would consider other customs and I am not looking for a flat neutral monitor, I just dont want the overpowering bass that the ue-11 have.

If you don't want overpowering bass, I din't suggest you get the JH16. Perhaps, the JH13 or UM Miracle/Merlin?

JH16 have more bass than the es5 and jh13 less bass than the es3. I don't want a flat or reference iem but as I said I don't want the bass the ue-11 has.I just wonder if the jh16 is on bass as the ue-11 is. Wish jh would send me a sample lol so I can hear them.

I haven't heard the UE11, but the JH16 sounds like bass enhancement is always on - i.e. a bass-centric sound.
