Best free music managing software (Windows 7)?

I'm looking for something effective and small without the bloat. I liked, how iTunes created folders etc based on the tags, but I'm not very fond of iTunes anymore as it can't handle other formats like FLAC, so I'm looking for a tool that does the same ... i.e. automagically looking through the music library folder and keep things clean, creating the folders needed, taking note of doubles etc. It should be configurable, i.e. I'd like to define how it creates folders (i.e. codec/album/interpret etc)

What do you use these days?

J. River Media Jukebox and MediaMonkey are the first two that come to mind..

Tried that, but could not find any <codec> tag for renaming pathes in foobar, they seem to only work for the filename... it seems, no manager can do that? :) I'd like to separate my music library first into types ... mp3, flac, etc

In JRiver Media Center you have an option to rename files

You can formulate a rule like [File Type]\ [Artist]\[Album]\

Indeed, JRiver can finally do it, thanks :)

EDIT: I also found out how to do this in Foobar2000 with the File Operations enabled ... it can handle the %codec% tag in conjunction with slashes in the file name to create directories as desired.
